We propose to furnish the necessary lalor, materials, equipment and
engineering to construct a pre - engineered mini - warehouse building approx.
30 ft. wide by 200 ft. long by 8 ft. 8 in. eave height, designed for 40
pounds per square foot live load, 25 pounds per square foot wind lord with
a x:12 roof profile. Walls, where applicable, to be covered with 26 gauge
galvanized metal sheets, in color. Roof to be covered with 26 gauge gal-
vanized metal sheets. Building will have 4P manual roll -up doors, 12 at
3 ft. 4 in. by 7 ft. and 36 at 8 ft. 4 in. by '7 ft, with double lock
capability. There will be 36 cubicles, 10 ft. by 15 ft., and 12 cuticles,
5 ft. by 10 ft. The 10 ft. by 15 ft. cubicles may be changed to 10 ft. by
10 ft. and 10 ft. by 20 ft. at no extra charge.
Foundation will be a 6 in. reinforced concrete wall, 3,000 PSI, on a
10 in. by 20 in. reinforced concrete footing, 3,000 PSI. No. 4 reinforcing
steel will be used throughout, 2 in the footing and 4 in the wall. There
will be 2 in. styrofoam on inside of frost wall as per code. Foundation
will extend to below the frost line. There will be pilasters for all
internal columns.
Floor will be a 4 in. thick concrete slab, 3,000 PSI, reinforced with
616 10/10 welded wire mesh over 6 inches of compacted gravel and shall be
steel - trowelled to a dense, hard finish, with l coat of clear -seal floor •
hardener.
Any site dewatering, excavation of rock, ledge, hardpan, nested lc,ul-
ders, individual boulders over one -half cubic yard, any on -site or orf -sit.e
trucking of material, other than gravel beneath floor, shall be considered
an extra and shall be paid for by the Owner at an agreed upon unit, cost.
Owner shall carry theft and vandalism insurance on all material can the
premises unless other arrangements are made.
Any changes in the work or materials as described, whether or r.ot there
is a dollar figure involved, will be shown on a Change Order form a ni ripned
by Owner and Contractor.
Contractor will furnish all drawings necessary for the Puilding Iernit
and construction.
This quote does not include electric, plumbing, heat, air - conditioning,
sprinkler system, alarm system, insulation, site work or locks.
Contractor shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the .
elements or other reasons beyond his control.
Contractor guarantees all elements of this contract as to labor and
materials for one year beyond completion.
