Noted were some guide lines for future work done at the property addressed above. The inspector was here because he had received a complaint on improper procedures on site. First indicated the two permits in question on building 24 and 26 doubled in cost and then during our conversation he Mr Mazeski tripeled the permit cost. Also, indicated we could appeal to the state inspector any mis- justified charges if we chose to do so. Advised us to be sure any contractors hired by us should be Fully licensed. and take out a permit on a job needing one in Advance. He indicated that he realizes there is a gray area when it comes to installing appliances, and knows that he wouldn't be able to inspect all jobs and that all installers or repair men are not licensed. I asked for the name of our resident who filed such complaints and he gave'Carrie O'Neil as the person. In answer to your question regarding the installation of the boiler and gas stove in building #24, the work was performed in house. All modifications to the system that came out of your conversation with Jerry and Gary are being implemented and made ready for your inspection.
