The Stats Building Code Appeal Board at negating on January 27, 1983
after listaning to iW'ormation at this hearing directs the owner to install
approved alectric strikers for lotiks on main entrance doors for each building
with the proviso that ths tenants be informed that any furthasrvandalims of
the said abov* equipment will result in tho replacement of non.eleatria
strikers.
Normal wear or dafective equipment will not be considared vandalism.
Ralief of S etion 3 of Chapter 143 is based on the above condition....
