Someone with authority needs to sign the application (it wasn't signed when it was submitted back in April). You'll also need an electrical permit for the lights; the electrician needs to take care of that. I let the license commission know that I approve the extension of premises application for the smoking area. You still need to have a contractor on the permit, along with the contractor's workers compensation affidavit, and we'll need a plot plan showing the area being enclosed. I'll see if we have a plot plan from the original permit for the patio; if we do, I'll let you know. Also, you'll need to sign the building permit authorizing a contractor; you could do that before the contractor signs. Lastly, we need a check for the building permit; $55.00.
