RE: Bin Enclosure for CSI - Hatfield Street
Construction Report No. 4
Gentlemen:
Since my last report dated December 9, 1994, the following
construction has been completed, inspected and except as noted
found to be in compliance with applicable codes and construction
documents for this project:
1. As previously reported, erection of the new Butler pre -
engineered metal bin enclosure is basically complete
including all structural steel reinforcement of the existing
structure and attachment of anchorage to the existing
reinforced concrete retaining walls.
All miscellaneous exterior metal trim has now been
completed.
2. The new overhead door unit has also now been installed.
This project is now complete.
This will be my final report on this project.
