Dear Ms. Mish:
Enclosed please find revised Site Plan for the application to build an
accessory apartment at 46 Chestnut Ave. in Leeds. As you can see the entrance to
the site is off a driveway on Evergreen Road. This driveway is covered with paver
stones. There is parking available in the two car garage as well as on the 50' x 20'
driveway. This is being submitted to you to address the requirement in Rule 10.10
requiring three off street parking spaces to be available. There is clearly enough
parking in two car garage as well as on the driveway to meet this parking
requirement.
