WHEREAS, the said Fairway Associates, Inc. has
furnished a letter of credit executed by a bank in form
satisfactory to said Planning Board in the amount of $35,000.00,
assuring compliance in all respects with said Clause.
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Planning Board of the City of
Northampton, acting by a majority of its members, hereby
RELEASES Lots 1 through 8, inclusive, as shown on said Plan, from
the conditions of the aforesaid Clause.
