Northampton Country Club is currently inthe process of reorganization of debt.
Steven Weiss of Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C. has been retained for the above purpose,
As i see it, there are four options for Northampton Country Club,
•
1. A compromise and restructure of debt from all Northampton Country Club debtors
allowing the entity to remain owned by Wotko Management Inc, and operated as has
been done previously.
2. The filing of Chapter 11 by WaIko Management Inc, for the purpose of protection from
debtors and the restructuring of debt allowing Northampton Country club to function as
has been done previously with the end goal being the emergence from Chapter 11.
3. The sale of Northampton Country Club to one of the several current interested parties
contingent upon the current mortgage holder's agreement to forgive the deficiency to
Waiko Management Inc, between the sale price and the remaining mortgage balance.
4. Allow the current mortgage holder to proceed With foreclosure,
Any of the above listed scenarios will allow the Northampton Country Club to begin servicing its
financial obligations.
As time is of the essence to ensure a successful 2012 season, one of the above options will be in
place by February, 1 2012.
