The land, with the buildings thereon situated on the Easterly side of Straw Avenue, in the Village
of Florence, in Northampton, Massachusetts, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
TRACT I. Commencing at a point on the Easterly side of said Straw Avenue at the Southwest
corner of land now or formerly of Patrick Scannell; thence Southerly on said Straw Avenue five
(5) rods; thence Easterly parallel with the South side of the said lot now or formerly of said
T . Scannell, twelve (12lrods; thence North five (5) rods to the Southeast corner of said lot now or
formerly of said Scannell; thence Westerly twelve (12) rods to the place of beginning.
TRACT II. Beginning at a stake on the Easterly side of said Straw Avenue at a point one
hundred ten and twenty -four hundredths (110.24) feet North of the center line of the
Williamsburg Branch of the New York, New Haven, and Hartford Railroad Co.; thence in a
Northerly direction along the said Straw Avenue twenty -two (22) feet to a stake at the Southwest
corner of the above described Tract 1; thence in an Easterly direction one hundred ninety -eight
(198) feet, more or less, along the Southerly side of said Tract 1 to the Easterly line of said Tract
1; thence in a Southerly direction, in a continuation of said Easterly line of said Tract 1, eleven
(11) feet; thence in a Westerly direction along land now or formerly of Stephen Murphy to the
Easterly side of said Straw Avenue and the place of beginning.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed of Ralph Miller and Diane J.
Miller dated February 25, 2004, and recorded in Hampshire County Registry of Deeds, book
7695, Page 254.
