NORTHAMPTON, MA 01060 The land, with the buildings thereon situated on the Easterly side of Straw Avenue, in the Village of Florence, in Northampton, Massachusetts, more particularly bounded and described as follows: TRACT I. Commencing at a point on the Easterly side of said Straw Avenue at the Southwest corner of land now or formerly of Patrick Scannell; thence Southerly on said Straw Avenue five (5) rods; thence Easterly parallel with the South side of the said lot now or formerly of said T . Scannell, twelve (12lrods; thence North five (5) rods to the Southeast corner of said lot now or formerly of said Scannell; thence Westerly twelve (12) rods to the place of beginning. TRACT II.
