customer agrees to pay for incremental cost changes that exceed those unit costs
contained within the quoted package, by change order, should such conditions arise.

will then be incorporated as a Change Order.
Site Work conditions: All costs presented for site work items are estimates assuming

The Scope of the Project: The scope of the work is as outlined below.
Remove slate roofing at lower Mansard roof slope (front elevation), three dormer roofs
and lower edge of upper Mansard roof Remove shakes/shingles siding at three dormers
(front elevation).
Install ice and water barrier at roof edge of lower Mansard roof, roof area adjacent to
dormers and at three dormers side walls after cellulose is installed at dormer side walls. >#
Install ice and water barrier on the three dormer roofs, valleys and at lower edge of upper
Mansard roof edge (at roof transition).
Step_ flash and install new pre - primed pre - painted R &R Red Cedar shakes /shingles at
dormer and reinstall salvaged slate at lower Mansard roof and upper Mansard roof at
lower edge. Option: install standing seam copper in lieu of reinstalled slate (same cost) at
lower Mansard roof, only
Cut open access at interior attic space to the three front dormers to facilitate insulation
installation.
Cover existing gable vents.
