So, basically any house is fine unless it is really out of the ordinary, and since the lot has only 65 feet of frontage and needs 15ft. of clearance on either side, that leaves you with a 35ft wide house which is a respectable size. Also, a garage would be o.k. as far as I can tell but cannot be in front of the house. maybe in back.
