The License Commission does not issue any permits or licenses to Duseau. This complaint should be referred to the Building Inspector's office. I would let the complainant know where you have referred it because this is not a matter for the License Commission. You can also direct them to the City's website where they can locate all of the City ordinances, (there is an ordinance about noise and trash pickup 312 -25 and 312 -26). I have received a citizen complaint addressed to the License Commission. Before I pursue this further, does your department issue any license to Duseau Trucking of Northampton? If so, please contact me with that information. Please see the attached letter. Any advice is appreciated! Mary L.
