I have not seen a DR form yet, but am told that a) the deck is consistent with the original plans for a future deck that were submitted when the house was originally built, and b) that their immediate neighbors (Lucy and David) are OK with the project_ Due to contractor timing, Carolyn and Ward have asked for immediate approval. Our Design Review policy allows for a fast track approach, hut they need even faster turnaround The fast track clause says: Applicant must notify and receive approval from all unit owners. DRB will consider approval with less than 23 unit owners, based on impact of the project. Since our policy gives the DRB leeway in approval a project with less than 23 consenting votes, 1 arn inelinec to approve this application, contingent on the conditions listed below But I would like to at least allow 24 hours for any dissenting opinions, since this process is unprecedented Please reply only if you object to this project, or to this "emergency" approval process No need to reply if you have no objections. If I haven't heard any objection by gam tomorrow, I will issue an approval email in the meantime, I will review the application and comment as appropriate. Conditions for approval - the unit owner and/or their contractor are responsible for: 1. Compliance with Pathways Bylaws and Rules and Regulations 2. Securing all necessary permits and compliance with all applicable codes; and conducting all necessary inspections 3.
