Per your inspection yesterday of the structural concerns at the building I occupy at 7 Pleasant
Street, Northampton, I assume that because there was no immediate action taken, you deem this
building structurally safe.
Furthermore, please note that if any of these beams collapse, I will hold you, as well as the City
of Northampton responsible for any damage or injury that might occur.
