Dear Board Members,
I am writing in support of the proposal to install an alternative fire protection system at the Coca
Cola facility here in Northampton.
I have met with the fire protection engineer and project manager and I am persuaded that the
system proposed is a viable alternative to the prescriptive requirements of NFPA 13. In my opinion, the
system design meets the standards of NFPA 13 § 1.5 and 1.6.
