OK. Once I have a written contract with John I will do all that. I told John he has to be 20' from front and side. Pat

Pat,
The permit is to Ed Jazub. Send me an email saying you're changing contractors from Ed to John, and copy it to Ed. John can fill out a new application.
We do want new plans, new sprinkler plans and a new HERS rating.
We also need a revised plot plan showing new house footprint. The original house was tight and the first plot plan was not right; min 20' setbacks to
property lines.
I attached some files.

Hi Louis. I have not yet started the house I proposed on Lot 1, but in the meantime I have found a buyer who is a builder- John Handzel at Nu-Way
Homes. He has built homes in the city in the past, so I am sure you know him. I would like to assign my building permit to him, although he will be
using a different plan. He will get you the details on the new plan. Is this something that I can do? Is there any paperwork I need to fill out? Thanks.
