48 Chestnut Lot 1 Email-4Louis Hasbrouck <lhasbrouck@northamptonma.gov> Lot 1 48 Chestnut Ave extension 1 message Patrick Melnik <patmelnik@gmail.com>Mon, Mar 18, 2019 at 12:25 PM To: Louis Hasbrouck <lhasbrouck@northamptonma.gov>, John at Nuway <nuwayhomes@charter.net> Hi Louis. I have not yet started the house I proposed on Lot 1, but in the meantime I have found a buyer who is a builder- John Handzel at Nu-Way Homes. He has built homes in the city in the past, so I am sure you know him. I would like to assign my building permit to him, although he will be using a different plan. He will get you the details on the new plan. Is this something that I can do? Is there any paperwork I need to fill out? Thanks. Pat -- Patrick J. Melnik Sr., Esq.
