Hi Louis and Ed. Ed said you were concerned about zoning for Unit 1. This unit was approved as an allowed unit under my special permit for Beaver
Brook Estates. I do want to confirm that the correct setback for the side yard along the City of Northampton property line is 15' and 20' front yard setback
from frontage on Evergreen Road. This is a corner lot but I think Evergreen is the frontage street? as Chestnut Ave Ext is a private way? City of
Northampton property line is on west side of this lot. Make sure the sketch for unit that was attached to the building permit application is correct. Thanks.
