She informed me there was no mention of the deck on the application and no plans filed. Attached you will find a hand drawn plan (drawn by myself so I apologize in advance for the lack of artistic skills)of the deck as it has grown 1' in each direction from the original structure. Some notes on the deck are: 1. 12'wide X 14'deep 2. At the foundation it is basically ground level,at the outside edge it is about 2.5'off the ground 3. All 2x10 framing 4. Double 2x10 beam underneath 5. Double 2x10 outside rim joist 6. PT decking with standard railing Beth also noted that a previous project manager with Atlantic(who is no longer with the company)was still listed as the contact person Northampton Town records.
