Arrived on site 11/30/2023 at 12:30PM to perform inspection of electrical work. Inspected all work (visible) associated with this project and spoke with Contractors. In general, the electrical work looks very professional - appears to be quality efforts. There is still some work to be done for completion, some (most likely) is listed below. Inspection was complete and left site at about 2:15 PM. General 1. Label receptacles that at GFCI protected from a circuit breaker. Mainly in Green Room and Dressing Rooms. Dressing 004A, 004B- 2. Missing two lamps in the"W" luminaire above one mirror. 004A 3. Damaged wall at feed points to plug-mold at several locations. Storage 007 - 4. There is an extension cord coiled above the door to the Telecom/Mech/Storage Room and it is mudded into the drywall. Extension cords are temporary and not allowed as permanent wiring. This extension cord must be removed. Mechanical- 5. Provide permanent directory for panel TP1 Lobby 102 6. Some labeling of switches, or maybe a framed plan is needed to know what switch controls what. 7. Some of the dimming switches cannot dim the LED lamps which are presently installed. Lamps and/or control needs to be changed with ensured compatibility such that the dimming control operates. 8. ETC controller for RGBW TP tape light luminaires on beams requires programming and likely Owner training. Recommend contacting the ETC controls representative for
