Dear Mayor Sciarra:
As required by 310 CMR 40.1403(3)(d), this letter is provided to notify you that O’Reilly, Talbot & Okun Associates, Inc. (OTO) is preparing to submit a Release Abatement Measure (RAM)
Plan for construction activities at the above-referenced property (the Site) to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) on behalf of the Site owner, Alloy,
LLC. Activities conducted under the RAM Plan will include earthwork within the boundaries of the Activity and Use Limitation area (AUL) for the purposes of construction of a new commercial
building, parking structures, solar canopies, electric vehicle charging stations and associated utilities. We anticipate that the construction activities, excavation, and backfilling
will be completed within 120 days of project start up following submittal of the RAM Plan to MassDEP.
