There was a three-car garage built in the 1980's associated with the property,but it was situated on a separate lot and torn down in June 2024.

Hi, The City Planner and Building Commissioner will need more information in order to make a decision. Please see notes on your cover page....they need to know
how far the carport will be from the property lines and which parking spots will be covered by the carport.
