Compliance with Zoning: This is a small unit (~800 sf). The standards in 6.11 appear to be met. The Planning Board could waive the traffic mitigation requirement as this size is well under the previous by right ADU standard for a 1 bedroom unit.(11.6 B2). Staff Recommendation: Staff has no concerns with the project. The applicant appears to have met the site plan standards. Staff recommends approval with conditions as described.
