Ordered, that
Pursuant to the FY2023-FY2027 Capital Improvement Program, $137,500 be appropriated from the Receipts Reserved for Appropriation - Sale of Land Account (proceeds from the
sale of various lots by the Planning Department) for the Ice Pond-Nature Based Solution project.
