for the proposed ground mounted solar array to be located off Park Hill Road in Northampton,

Through our discussions with Wayne Feiden, it is our understanding that this is the initial step in the City
permitting process that will involve, among other permits, ANR subdivision, Stormwater Management
Permit and Site Plan/Special Permit from the Planning Board. There will also be a Chapter 61A Waiver
process with City Council that will be undertaken later in the overall permitting process.
