Hi Rich-
I'll need to inspect the erosion control and have a preconstruction meeting - no work - including
tree removal - should occur until that has taken place.

Hi Louis,
The tree inventory is complete, and I am in the process of reviewing it and then will schedule a public shade tree
hearing. After the hearing concludes and all mitigation for tree loss is received I will move forward with the trench
permit and new driveway permit.
I was on site on Friday and Saturday and noticed that DIEZ construction was there mowing the field and installing silt
fence, they have no approval as far as I know to start the project. I spoke with Dave Diez the owner and told him that
there can be no more work on the site for they are traversing over the road and some trees were
damaged/destroyed (Diez stated that they were not by his crew). He also said he was installing silt fence on the
direction of the conservation commission for a hearing/inspection, is that correct Sarah?
I will keep you posted as to when the hearing the results.
Best, Rich

Hi,
We got the actual building permit application for the Park Hill Rd solar project today. We
need a few more things from our perspective.
I told the contractor that we couldn't issue the building permit until we hear from the DPW
and the Conservation Commission that they've satisfied your requirements.
I'll keep you informed if anything changes.
