Replace existing railroad tie retaining wall around side and back of garage and along driveway with goshen stone
retaining wall. New wall along side of garage and driveway to be 2 levels,each approximately 2 feet high and
separated by 3 feet for flower beds. (existing wall is single 2.5 foot wall. Also continue the wall around corner and
along inside Woodlawn Ave sidewalk and up to side of house. Replace the railroad tie steps between the driveway and
the path to the back door with stone, increasing width from 4 feet to 5 feet.
Replace existing stockade fence and wood on gate frame along Woodlawn Ave. Fence to be placed in approximately
the same position but inside of the new retaining wall and following the more leveled lawn. Square off the corner
where the fence meets the house.
Add goshen stone patio,approximately 300 sqft at back of house with walkways connecting to house back stairs and
stairs from driveway.
Install a 240 sqft pergola (12 x 20) at the back of the house, 5 feet from house and 10 feet from right side property line
on the new patio.
Install 8 foot square hot tub under pergola, 12 feet from right side property line.
Rebuild the brick rear steps and stoop and cap with blue stone.
Remove Shed behind garage.
