There will be a new two car garage in the back of the proposed new dwelling. With approximate 9 foot driveway to the street. The new dwelling will have parking for two vehicles and the existing dwelling will remain the same. Please see the new site plan from registered surveyor for property lines and exact boundary pins locations. There are several pine and oak trees that range in dimension from 18 to 30 inches. The pine trees have some significant insect damage. The top of one of the large pine trees has fallen. woodpeckers have made a home in another pine tree. There are two clusters of oak trees that are starting to split at the base and are leaning significantly. I have consulted with an arborist. his recommendation would be removed the trees and replant new trees from the approved city of Northampton planting guidelines. 11.6 traffic mitigation. We will be planning to pay the one-time payment of $3000 in lieu actual traffic mitigation improvements. Thank you very much for taking the time to work with us to make this a successful project.
