Hi Tom-
The subcommittee didn't find the building to be a significant property, so no further review is required.

Hi Sarah,
I’d like to follow up on 30 Lyman.
It’s not on the agenda for Monday’s meeting. Has the Commission made their determination?

Hi Tom-
This was referred to the Historical Commission today, and the Commission will have 15 days to
determine whether the building is significant. I'll follow-up once that determination is made.
In the event that a demolition delay is imposed, that delay can be no more than one year from the date of
the original application to the building department.

Hi Sarah,
On behalf of Smith College, we submitted a demolition permit on December 19th to the Building
Department.
Will this be on the Historical Commission’s agenda for the next meeting on Jan 29th and do you need
anything further from me at this time?
Hope you are well,
-Tom
