Tree exhibits signs of significant decay and compromised structural integrity. Tree exhibits a history of large branch failures. Mushrooms are present on the bottom 10 feet of the trunk and at the root/trunk flare. Significant target includes the building/garage that is directly next to and under the tree. The tree exhibits significant dieback. Current canopy is approximately 30% of a healthy Norway maple. Large branch or whole tree failure is imminent within the next 1-3 years. When this tree fails, it is very likely that it will impact the garage with significant consequences. This tree poses a high level of risk. Recommended risk mitigation: Tree should be removed.
