Re: Use of Addition
Dear Mr. Watling,
During a recent building inspection in your area, I visited your property located at 129 Riverbank
Road in Northampton. It appears that you have been using the garage portion of the building addition
for storage, if not more. This violates the "Stop Work" order that was issued by the Building
Department, as well as the orders issued by the Zoning Board that the building is not to be used until all
approvals are in place.
You are hereby ordered to remove all items being "stored" in the garage, and cease any other
use they you "may" be involved with until all conditions have been met. You must comply forthwith to
avoid further action from the City up to and including fines and/or court appearances.
If you are aggrieved by this Enforcement Order, you have the right to appeal to the City of
Northampton Zoning Board of Appeals
Please contact my office to discuss your intentions.
