Dear Mitch,
I have a few questions for 198 Nonotuck St.
1. For the proposed rear addition for 198 Nonotuck St, how close will the eaves be to the right-side property line, whose
setback will change from ~6' to ~2' with the proposed addition?
2. How will the addition deal with roof water so it does not go into the neighbor's property?
The board will likely need to consider these pieces of information during the hearing. I will add your email response as a
supplement to the application folder. Thank you.

Hi Nathan,
1. The ~2' measurement is from the eave not the building. The overhang on the eave is 8"
2. The roof slopes towards the clients backyard not the side yard, It will also have a gutter on it.
