It seems a good and useful thing to have consulted one set of neighbors that are closest to the project (the neighbors to the side of the property). To my knowledge, partly from my own observations and from what I have heard from others in the neighborhood, the owner has already made some landscaping (grading) and drainage changes, apparently in preparation for this project. There were concerns raised by neighbors regarding drainage. To my knowledge, the owner then modified the drainage so that it can infiltrate within her property and so no longer direct drainage to her property line and thus onto a neighbor's lot. Therefore, I ask that the Zoning review include the grading and drainage within the scope of the project review and include a condition that appropriate drainage ensuring infiltration within the property is maintained into the future. With that condition included I am supportive of the project. Deirdre Doherty 18 Stoddard Street Northampton, MA 01060
