One thing; we need a plot plan. The front setback for an attached garage is 20' from the front lot line and it looks like the existing house (porch) is only about 3' from the line. You'll need to figure out where the front lot line is; you may need a survey. There are options if the garage ends up less than 20' from the lot line but it might take time. Also, you'll need DPW approval to move the driveway. They'll need to see the new location staked out. You should get going with that.
