RE: Request for Variance of Fencing Line from:
Mr. Andrikis, 405 Ryan Road, Florence
This Request for Variance has been brought to our attention by a number of otherabutters to the 405 Ryan Road property as well as from our own observation of thedamages incurred to our fencing and common land. This is clearly outlined in detailin Mr. Danziger’s letter to the Board and does not need to be reiterated here.
However, we would like to state that we strongly object to the granting of thisVariance for all reasons Mr. Danziger references and ask the Board to deny thisrequest.
Further, we would like the owner of 405 Ryan Road be restricted to erecting a typicalwire boundary fence one foot inside the property line onto his property and not beplaced on the property line itself which, as Mr. Danziger points out, will necessitate arequirement of maintenance in perpetuity which is unlikely in this case. We alsoobject to any fencing erected over 6 feet tall.
