public way of view and 9 original wooden windows that are
not in public way of view with exterior simulated divided
pattern fiberglass windows. Existing divided light patterns to
be retained where windows to be replaced are original, and
estimated original pattern replicated where windows were
previously replaced.
Any person aggrieved by a determination of the Commission may, within 20 days after the filing of the notice of such
determination with the City Clerk, file a written request with the Commission for a de novo review by a person or persons
of competence and experience in such matters, designated by the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.

C 195 The Commission finds that while the replacement windows do not strictly comply with
the design standards, window repair would create a substantial financial hardship to the
applicant. The application is approved without substantial detriment to the public
welfare and without substantial derogation from the intent and purposes of the Local
Historic District.
