We have parking space on site for 16 cars. (Eleven spaces have
been painted in(the remaining five are against the Building).
As we have stated many times previously, we have leased additional
parking directly across from the 41 Main Street Building. Parking
available across the street totals at least 40 spaces.
We have occupancy certificates for all our occupied space
individually. This was done as each unit was completed. Would you be
good enough to bring your file up to date so that we may have an
occupancy certificate covering the entire mixed occupancy.
Would you also let us know if the special parking permit is
required now or if it can wait until completion of the last 850-900
square feet or unoccupied space.
