I hope you received the current drawing set. The project team and I wanted to follow up with you regarding the plan for temporary occupancy. I have alerted all my consultants to make them aware of the substantial completion documentation that will be required. I think we want to touch base just to understand that we are preparing everything on site that you will require for temp. occupancy. Is there a checklist or synopsis of what you will be requiring? -One question was the sprinkler system and the extent of the coverage/ can we separate the occupied area and the construction area temporarily for the TCO or should the entire system be on including construction areas? We just want to keep you informed of our plan and progress so there are no surprises. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. I also remember you saying you were interested in walking the site to understand the egress as well. Let me know if there is anything else you need. The floorplans you just sent include revisions as recently as 1/14/20. I'm pretty sure other sheets have been revised since March 2019. We need a current set of plans. I'm not sure how you keep plans, but there should be a full current electronic set somewhere and there should be a copy of the most recent set on site. We need to keep up with the changes.
