5/15/19 – Water avail., Sewer Avail., Stormwater & Building permits have been issued. Backflow permit still in
progress, WB to distribute when issued. WB to coordinate Trench Permits for Site work. Item Ongoing.
5/22/19 – Street Entry Permits for Utility connections scheduled to be pulled Tues 5/28 for anticipated road
entry work 6/3. Trenching permit has been issued. Item Ongoing.
5/29/19 – Check has been submitted to DPW. Verbal approval to work in street has been issued. Permit will be

1.10 TESTING

5/15/19 – DCo transmitted Comments to VCDC. DPW requested pressure & bacteria tests on water tie-in, OPM
to coordinate reduction of scope per DCo Comments and add DPW testing. Item Ongoing.
Post Meeting Note: Scope had been updated by OPM & Revised Quote Has been received.
5/22/19 – Allied does not perform water testing & suggested Contest in East Longmeadow. OPM to coordinate
quote. Testing results to be email distributed to core team and posted to Procore for tracking. Item Ongoing.

5/22/19 – Existing Water Heater to be marked for disposal. Existing Boiler to be salvaged until further notice.
Mirror Glazing to tempered per Owners Instruction, WB to provide PCO. 4 mantles selected for salvage. Item

5/29/19 – Marc will ask Engineers if they can re-use boiler, asap. Bill will keep existing boiler in truck for one
week until we find out if it can be re-used. Laura will have chosen mantles tested for lead. Item Ongoing.

fixture to be added, VCDC to work with BDG to select. DCO/WB to draft change documents. Item Ongoing.

3.2 TEMPORARY PROJECT SIGN
5/1/19 – VCDC/WF to coordinate sign production. WB to install on posts onsite, location TBD. DCo to search for

5/15/19 – Kone Traction Elevator has been selected. DCo to coordinate with consultants.
5/22/19 – DCo to coordinate with consultants, electrical changes will likely be required. Item Ongoing.
5/29/19 – Structural Engineer asked that WB coordinate shaft size to ensure that the elevator will fit in the shaft.
The Electrical Engineer noted that several changes would need to be made. Marc is waiting for proposed costs

6.1 SITE TREES
5/22/19 – RFI for stump issues to be responded to by DCo. Flush cut where possible, others to remain. Elm tree
above the trailer has been labeled for trimming in arborist report, OPM to coordinate with City/Tree
Warden/Neighbors. Item Ongoing.
5/29/19 – Trees were reviewed on site with all meeting participants. WB will get tree grinder to remove trunks
down to below grade. The metal wire fence will be removed in the area behind the neighbor’s garage. WB will
get a price to replace the missing section of stockade fence. Item Ongoing.
