1.1 OWNER-CONTRACTOR CONTRACT
4/10/19 – Construction Contract will be signed and executed today. Insurance Certificates will be finalized and signed.
Contract Date: 3/28/2019. A Limited Notice to Proceed will be issued asap. NTP limits will be specified in writing. Item

1.3 TREE PROTECTION
4/10/19 – WB met with Landscaper. Trees to be removed are tagged. Tree removal needs to happen first. Tree removal
will not begin until Tree Warden approves go-ahead. WB will perform tree removal in Plan Areas 1&4 first and then
contact Tree Warden and ask if he will contact the Building Dept to issue Building Permit. Item Open.

4/10/19 – Laura announced an Open House on May 1, so interested parties can see the current condition of the property
before it is transformed. Item Closed.

4/10/19 – Laura will send out notices of construction to neighbors. Item Closed. Action:

4/10/19 – No asbestos removal will occur until all occupants are moved out of the building at end of April. Laura will
have OTO write Spec for de-leading of building components on front porch components to remain. De-leading will be
discussed with OTO at site next week. OTO will have lead gun to determine “hot” components. Item Ongoing.

meetings will be held on Wednesdays at 3:00 pm.
