So, 247 trees were removed, but you don't know how many were over 20". Of the larger ones the average was 28" DBH?
If that is the case, can you estimate how many were -28" vs those that fell below?

Thanks Mike. The significant tree ordinance does stipulate that it is in effect from 12 months prior to any site plan
being pulled on a property. So for this piece (not the large scale PV section), it makes no difference who cut the trees.
We will need the calculation of DBH to determine replacement requirements.
