Dear Mr. McErlain:
As per our discussion of yesterday - I am requesting that my
architect, Ed Gendry, and myself, be allowed to attend your August
28th Board Meeting to discuss my Wally's building project at 4 Main
Street.
The building inspector is insisting on two bathrooms on the 460 square
foot second floor addition - which would only be occupied by one or
two people. We would like to present our case - that one bath would
suffice given the space constrictions and the fact that it would not
be for public use.
I understand from the building inspector that a positive recommendation
from the Board of Health would go a long way toward obtaining this
variance.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and I'll look forward to
hearing from you. I can be reached at my office at 584-5700.
