At the December 6, 1989 meeting of the Northampton Zoning Board of
Appeals, during the continuation of his Public Hearing, the
Applicant, through his attorney Brad Shimel, asked permission to
withdraw without prejudice his pending applications. The Board
voted unanimously to allow him to do so.
