There are several reasons outlined in previous meetings explain why this property is not a buildable lot. Over the last two years, there have been two unsuccessful appeals to the Build Commissioner’s decision, and nothing has changed to issue such an appeal. A small gravel driveway permit does not make adequate frontage for such an appeal, and the lot remains to be unbuildable. Additionally, our Northampton community values our natural landscape of our bike and access paths, and recognize that this parcel of land is not a buildable lot but one that must continue to be enjoyed naturally by all community members. Also, as a community, we value upholding building regulations and creating a peaceful and respectful community. This parcel is just not a buildable lot; nothing has changed to bring this lot into consideration. Thank you for your relentless and appreciated work to uphold what is sound and legal. Your Northampton and Leeds communities appreciate you. Respectfully, Anne-Marie and Glen Fant Fant Letter to ZBA 12.8.22 Meeting.pdf 52K
