Scope of Work
1 . Trifecta LLC intends to remove the existing "Banh Mi" awning
and replaced with a "Pokemoto" channel LED sign.
2. We will coordinate this effort with the City Building
Commissioner and Dept of Public Works.
3. Awning removal will start in the early morning, estimated 5
a.m., and be completed within 4 hours.

4. On the following morning, estimated 5 a.m., a white PVC
facade/backboard will be installed onto the building face, and
be completed within 2 hours.
5. At a date and time determined by the sign manufacturing
company, the metal channel LED sign will be installed onto
the PVC facade/backboard.
Method of Awning and Sheetmetal Sign Removal
1 . Coordinate "sidewalk" permit with Anne, DPW.
2. Dunn Construction will cordon off the upper sidewalk directly
in front of the restaurant using "caution" tape or the like. This
includes placing workhorses on the left side (Local Burger)
and right side (Majestic Bar) of the frontage, leaving the lower
sidewalk entirely unobstructed.

4. Remove the stucco exterior at the base of the awning. The
stucco base will be cut into sections, which will be
transported by wheel barrow, carried through the restaurant
front entrance, and placed into a truck bed located at they rear
in the Strong Avenue Parking Lot. This activity will expose the
awning's inner metal "ribs."
5. Remove the metal "Bahn Mi" Sign, and re-drape the tarp
from the awning frame.
6. Remove the inner metal ribs. The dismantled ribs will be
carried through the restaurant for removal, and stored off- ite.
7. Cut away and remove the yellow vinyl awning covering.
8. Remove the upper metal ribs. The dismantled ribs will be
carried through the restaurant for removal, and stored off-(site.
9. Remove the tarp, and dismantle the remaining awning frame.
Method of Sign Installation
1 . After removal of the awning and frame, Dunn Construction
will install onto the building a white PVC facade/backboard.
2. At a time and date determined by the sign manufacture,
Connecticut SignCraft, the new Pokemoto channel LED sign
will be installed onto the PVC facade/backboard.
