7.4 The Zoning Board determined that the request for the additional wall signs on the King Street facing
building met the criteria in 7.4.
(1) The signs will be located where they are allowed on the wall at the front entry.
(2) The Board of Appeals determined that the nature and use being made of the building and the
architecture would not detract from the district and clarify the total name of the store.
(3) The additional sign will be less than 20 square feet.
Conditions
The sign lights will be turned off when the business is closed.
