Below is the proposed scope of work for a new JP Morgan Chase retail bank branch, located in an
existing building at 1 King Street, Northampton, MA.
The proposed in-line branch will occupy the 1st floor(4,400 sf) of the building, which is a two-story
masonry building with concrete foundation/cellar. The work is an existing building conversion including:
1. Architectural Exterior Scope Outline.
i) Remove existing metal gate at main entrance.
ii) Replace main entrance storefront system.
iii) Exterior chase signage will be installed.
iv) Exterior Security Camera will be installed.
