Inspection
Review the attached list of Prohibited Activities and Allowed Uses or Reserved Right and the last inspection report
to determine whether the terms of the Conservation Restriction are being observed.
Are there any violations of the terms of the Restriction? No (If yes, describe below.)
Does the Landowner agree to correct noted violations? N/A
What steps will be taken? N/A
Are there any allowed uses that have been conducted since last inspection? No new plantings, the old ones
from a previous year are still there.
Were these uses conducted in an environmentally sound manner? N/A
Describe below: There is old debris, abandoned structures, and some fairly new planting of nursery
trees.
Does the Landowner expect to conduct any new activities in the next year?
If so, what? (If Landowner did not participate in the site visit, determine by phone call, etc.) N/A.
What is the condition of the property? Note any significant undocumented effects from fire, erosion, floods,
blowdowns, and vegetation changes.
Assuming straight lines on the north and south sides, the northern boundary has either been
encroached on, except at the ends, by the field to the north, or the ends have encroached on the
field to the north; and the southern boundary similarly is crossed at various points along its
length, either by the rear of semi-permanent sheds or the parking of equipment for sale by the
Staniczewskis, who abut the southern boundary.
At the west end there is debris suggestive of encampments, and in the eastern third, debris
suggestive of a small abandoned junk yard, near the pig sty and shed which are remnants from
the jail farm. None of this looks like it arrived recently.
Are there any changes in surrounding properties; development, erosion, tree cutting, etc.? It looks as
though the western end of the field adjacent to the southwest corner has been cleared,
with a pile of dirt and sticks along the western edge.
Does the CR holder have public access? Yes
If so, is this access properly maintained? Yes Photos
Were photographs taken? Yes How many? 7
Were any unusual plants, animals or other natural features observed? NA
Describe below. N/A
Other comments: N/A means Not Applicable. No other comments.
