Key findings or notes:
There has been a very substantial improvement in the number of ready to go bikes,480 or 88%(+208) ,and very substantial reduction in the number of unrepaired damaged bikes, 60 (-164)
since the last audit. There are no missing bikes in this audit.
The Corps Logistics repair center generally seems much better organized and efficient than last year.
The 34 bikes that were delivered for Springfield by Bewegen in badly damaged condition from Summit County, Utah have now been replaced by new bikes.
Three bike share stations were never installed: Pynchon Park, Springfield (park still under construction); Congress Street, Springfield (lack of pad and wiring); Conz Street, Northampton
(lack of pad).
