Hi Wayne:
My research revealed that the current owner of Roundhouse Plaza, Northampton Terminal Associates, LLP, does
in fact possess a permanent 20 foot wide easement as highlighted on the attached plan recorded in Plan Book
112, Page 16, and as further described and conveyed in the attached deed from the City of Northampton to Peter
Picknelly and John J. Herlihy dated November 12, 1982, and recorded in Book 2312, Page 250. The easement
is for “so long as the said bus terminal or public transportation terminal is operated and upon cessation of such
use, this easement shall terminate.” I ran the grantor indices and did uncover any medication of the easement.
